You sync with your life!
I really wish we were taught this at school, it is so vital!
There are many issues/complications/health roadblocks that could have been avoided if we just knew from the beginning.
But the good news is that it is never too late to get in sync!
Your cycle is aligned with so many functions of your body like:
- Gut and digestion
- Energy levels
- Mental health
- Weight/fat loss
- Motivation
- Sleep
- Skin, nails, hair health
- Preventative measures (by tracking your cycle and symptoms you get warning signs from you body that you can fix now before it develops into something more serious)
I know you may think of your cycle as a burden, but know this- as women we are born with an in-built health system aka our cycle, and when we tap into this, you are more powerful than you know.
