You have your menstrual cycle for quite a long time, thereโ€™s no point working against your body. โฃ

If we had to split our cycle into two parts:โฃ

- the ๐—น๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐—ฝ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ (aka follicular phase, from day 1 of our period up until ovulation)โฃ

- The ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐—ฝ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ (aka the luteal phase, day after ovulation until the onset of the next period)โฃ

During the low hormones phases this is where some feel more like themselves as energy is higher, circulation feels better, that bloated feeling seems to disappear. โฃ

The we hit the luteal phase where it all seems to go down from here. โฃ

โฃ

This doesnโ€™t have to be the case at all. โฃ

โฃ

What you do in each phase affects the upcoming phase. โฃ

โฃ

This is why it is so important to track your cycle, know which phase is coming next and what changes occur in your body, in order to prime your body for the possible symptoms. โฃ

With half the population having this physiology, how can this not be one of the most important factors being taught!โฃ

You do not have to only be happy 2 weeks each month!โฃ
