You have your menstrual cycle for quite a long time, thereโs no point working against your body. โฃ

- The ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต ๐ต๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ (aka the luteal phase, day after ovulation until the onset of the next period)โฃ

During the low hormones phases this is where some feel more like themselves as energy is higher, circulation feels better, that bloated feeling seems to disappear. โฃ

What you do in each phase affects the upcoming phase. โฃ

This is why it is so important to track your cycle, know which phase is coming next and what changes occur in your body, in order to prime your body for the possible symptoms. โฃ
