Perido Flu Anyone?

?????? ??? ??????? ⁣

Feel like a bus has hit you in those few days leading up to your period? Or even worse, lasting throughout your period as well?⁣

??? ???? ????: Your body is giving you signals that there’s too much inflammation and prostaglandins (I.e the lil fatty acids that help your uterus shed it’s lining) and that you should and can do something about it.⁣

??? ????: If you don’t do something about it, excess prostaglandins make their way into your bloodstream, which can cause a whole bunch of those nasty period flu symptoms. ⁣

- Use castor oil packs to help relax and “drain” the uterus muscles ⁣

- Include an abundance of anti inflammatory herbs like turmeric, ginger, cardamom, ashwaghanda, maca, oregano, rosemary, sage, fenugreek etc.⁣

- Don’t skimp on your sleep!⁣

- Drink herbal non caffeinated teas (raspberry leaf tea and lemon balm are great)⁣

- Stay away from inflammatory oils like vegetable oils etc.⁣

- Get in that fiber from an abundance of colorful fruit and veg, to help flush those toxins and excess estrogen out. ⁣

There is so much you can do to help your body out during this time and actually create a super charged detoxing and cleansing process when you shed your lining each month! ⁣
