Your hormones are just messengers. They instruct every cell, every tissue, every organ, and every system of the body to get the job done.
Hormones are like mail for your body. These chemical messengers use your blood as the highway for getting to tissues and organs throughout your body to let them know it’s time to get to work!
If hormones are the messengers, then the endocrine system and the nervous system are like the post office.
Now imagine when the sorting the mail at the post office gets mixed up or is behind schedule- everything thereafter is thrown off. This means that if you have a hormonal imbalance in one zone, chances are it will affect multiple areas of your life.
Now, different systems are receiving the wrong mail and reacting incorrectly.
This is why it is so important to identify the root cause of the message. Is the hypothalamus not taking to the pineal gland which in turn is throwing out thyroid of balance?
Is the pancreas receiving the wrong mail and releasing way more insulin that it should be causing insulin resistance?
The body works as a whole, so by identifying which hormone is off balance we can trace it to its relevant gland/organ and see what’s up with this guy!
